Maria is a License Laser Educator in the State of New York and a Medical Aesthetician. Presently is an instructor and consultant to various aesthetic laser manufactures including Lutronic and Cynosure conducts workshops for Doctors and as well for laser hair removal professionals. Maria has the knowledge of laser Physics , which facilitated the knowledge of the use of many diferent devices & treatments. We are committed to always have all the advance technology, education and gold standard service.
Having performed over 250,000+ successful in-clinic treatments, consultations and test patches, Maria's in-depth training is relevant within a clinic or salon environment - "best practice" is not negotiable for superior results, key to highly credible staff members, enforcing greater client satisfaction, guaranteeing a successful and dynamic business.

Nicole Ramirez Escaffi License Cosmetologist, Certified Laser Technician and Medical Aesthetician has over 10 years experience in the beauty industry. She has trained medical spa's companies and medical office on many Aesthetic devices and procedures.
About Clinical Coaching
After gaining an understanding about your clinic, treatment menu and devices currently used, Maria will:
Refresh your knowledge on how each device works and the science behind the technology
Discuss when and how to combine treatments
Suggest treatment packages and a pricing structure
Write up several new protocols with you, which can be implemented immediately
Perform an advanced treatment (time permitting)
Price: $250/hour per student
Duration: 5 hours minumim
Delivery: virtual or in-clinic (based on your needs, in-clinic fee may apply)

Training Courses:
- All Training dates are tentative until a 20% deposit has been recieved
- Suitable models must be arranged by trainees.
- If a refund is requested within 14 days of training, a credit note will be issued for the full amount. If a refund is requested 14-30 days prior to training, a 20% admin fee and any travels costs paid will be deducted from the amount refunded.
- Not include any additional flight or accomodation costs that may be applicable
- Courses are facilitated by one of our highly experienced qualified trainers. All of our trainers have extensive experience in the industry and have performed numerous treatments specific to the training course.
Assessment: Certification will be provided upon passing theoretical and practical testing
Additional Fees: A addition travel in-office fee is applicable for every course.
